This project involved the conversion of an existing public house to residential units at ground and basement. This included the introduction of new basement lightwells.
To site also include a stand alone residential unit over 3 storeys with split level across each floor plate. This was formed in slender structural members to be concealed with in the building fabric.
This small building included transfer structures and moment connections to achieve stability and a concrete basement retaining wall to the adjoining property.
